Sales partners play a critical role in Brocade’s success. To ensure they are well acquainted with the company’s technologies and solutions, these resellers must complete a sales training curriculum. To ensure maximum retention, Brocade realized it needed to upgrade its existing sales training, which consisted of legacy PowerPoint presentations that could run as long as 45 minutes and relied on static visuals.
The answer was a flexible eLearning system that presents sales and technical information in a compelling, dynamic way. To ensure Brocade “owns” this approach, we developed a distinct, consistent look and feel that incorporates interactive Q & A sections. And to accommodate ever-shrinking attention spans, content is divided into five-minute elevator pitches and 15-minute deeper dives. The result is a mixed-media presentation that is both engaging and informative.
